At GritShift, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
